The Louisville Rotary Club hosted a district conference planning committee meeting. The Louisville Rotary Club will host all 44 clubs of the district next year for its annual district conference. Rotarian Al Porter presented a $1000 check to Denise Dickerson on behalf of the Louisville Rotary Club to the the Winston County Library for use for its literacy programs.
Mr. Robert Hutto was the speaker who talked to Louisville Rotarians about Winston County Historical Preservation, a group created to preserve and share the rich history of Winston County and its communities. It was a very interesting program about the history of Winston County. Rotarian Jeremy Cummings arranged the program.
