The Center Hill Farmers Market announces that it will no longer be open on Wednesdays until later in the season. However, it will continue to be open on Saturdays with a time change of 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. This time change starts Saturday, Aug. 12. Pleasant Grove UMC Fall Revival

Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church will host its Fall Revival on Monday, August 28, Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30 at 7 p.m. The Guest Minister is Rev. Jones from Griffin United Methodist Church in Starkville. The theme of the Revival is "Come, Let Us Reason Together, Isaiah 1:18." Pleasant Grove is located at 206 Pleasant Grove Road, Louisville.

Ceremony to honor Randall Livingston

There will be a ceremony honoring Randall Livingston for his many years of service to the fire service in Winston County. This ceremony will be held at the Louisville Storm Shelter, also known as the Dome, on Sunday, Sept. 10 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. The public is invited to honor Randall’s dedication to the county.

St. Jude benefit

The 5th Annual Trick or Treat 5K & 1 Mile Candy Dash to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is scheduled for Saturday October 21st.
The 5K will be held at 8:00 AM & the Candy Dash will be held at 9:00 AM.

The City of Louisville will meet at city hall every first and third Tuesday of the month.
The Town of Noxapater will meet every first Tuesday of the month.
The Winston County Board of Supervisors will meet at the Winston County Courthouse every first and third Monday of the month.
The Louisville Municipal School District meets every second Monday of the month.
The Winston County Youth and College Chapter NAACP meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at 6 p.m. at Triumphant Word Center, 18289 E. John C. Stennis Drive (Highway 397).
