JAYAEC Camp Registration
March 30
Registration for the upcoming Juvenile and Young Adult Education/Crime (JAYAEC) prevention camp will be held on March 30 at 1:00pm. This camp will include several activities and sessions regarding VBS, field trips, delinquency prevention, a carnival, and so much more. Registration for the camp will be held March 30th at 1:00pm at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church, 467 Evergreen Road., Louisville. Refreshments will be served. Camp dates are June 10-29. Bulldogs Bake Sale
March 30
The Winston Bulldogs will host a bake sale on Saturday, March 30, at 9 AM. The bake sale will be outside Vowell’s Marketplace in Louisville. All proceeds go to the Winston County Bulldogs, which is a fee-free youth league team.

Winston Strong 10 years later
April 5
Winston Countians affected by the 2014 tornado are encouraged to go by the Winston County Library from 9-4 on April 5 and share their story. There will be software including a dictation machine to capture these stories. Individuals may also bring written documents and/or pictures if desired.
Dean Park Beautification Day
April 6
Friends of Dean Park Beautification Day is on the calendar for April 6, 2024, 9-2 p.m. Community services hours are available for all that need them. There will be refreshments donated by Walmart. Please bring a plant, if you wish, for the event and a garden tool, if you have one. We prefer marigolds or dwarf roses or your choice to transplant as a donation to the park.
Historic Salem School fundraiser

The Historic Salem School will hold a fundraiser for restoration of the school. A yard sale will be held on April 6 starting at 7:00 am at the Historic Salem School, 43081 Highway 14 W, Macon. Sale items include electric dryer, cabinet, antiques, tools, linens, furniture, and Christmas decorations. For more information call 662-361-8346.
Spring Revival Services

Pastor Dr. Joe B. Glass and the Pleasant Ridge church family cordially invite you to their spring revival. The services will be Sunday, April 7th through Tuesday, April 9th. Mount Pisgah holds revival
April 17-19
Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church will hold its Annual Spring Revival on beginning April 17 through April 19, 2024, at 7 p.m. There will be a different speaker each night Wednesday night will be Rev. Peter Neely, Thursday night will be Rev. Anthony Thames, and Friday night will be Dr. Joe Glass.

Meetings
The City of Louisville will meet at city hall every first and third Tuesday of the month.
The Town of Noxapater will meet every first Tuesday of the month.
The Winston County Board of Supervisors will meet at the Winston County Courthouse every first Monday of the month. The board voted to change their meetings to once a month.
The Louisville Municipal School District meets every second Monday of the month.
The Winston County Youth and College Chapter NAACP meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at 6 p.m. at Triumphant Word Center, 18289 E. John C. Stennis Drive (Highway 397).
