Touch-A-Tuck hosted by Eupora New Century Club will be from 9 a.m.-noon April 6 at Spud Stennett Park.
Admission is $2 per person with all proceeds going toward the Webster Baptist Food Pantry.
Men’s Conference
April 6
A Men’s Conference will be held at 5:30 p.m. April 6 at Highways and Hedges Worship Center. The church is located at 14501 MS Highway 9, Eupora. “Come and hear good preaching and testimonies to the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” church leaders stated.
Crossroads Cemetery Association meeting
April 7
The annual public meeting of the Crossroads Cemetery Association will be held at Crossroads Baptist Church (Webster County) at 2 p.m. April 7. Officers and directors will be elected and other business will be addressed.
Friends of Webster Library
April 8
Friends of Webster Library will meet at 1:30 p.m. April 8 at the Webster County Public Library in Eupora.
Library Assistant Laura McFarland will host the program, which is open to the public.
Eupora Crawfish Cook-Off
April 13
Eupora Economic Development and the Eupora Rotary Club will present the second Eupora Crawfish Cook-Off from 6-10 p.m. April 13 at the Eupora Civic Center. Proceeds from the fundraiser are reinvested in the community through both nonprofit organizations.
The event will include unlimited crawfish tastings, team-cooked fixings, two beverages/beer tickets, live music featuring The Garrett Oswalt Band and a bouncy house. The public will vote for the best cooked-crawfish team.
Presale tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for children (ages 5-12); at-door tickets are $40 for adults and $10 for children. General admission without crawfish is $15, which includes event and concert entry; other food available for additional purchase. Purchase tickets online at www.euporaed.com/purchase-tickets.
Adult education orientation
Through April 17
The Holmes Community College Adult Education program is holding orientation and intake sessions through April 17 from 8 a.m.-noon at the Depot located at 855 S. Dunn St. in Eupora.
The Adult Basic Education classes are open to the public for those who have not completed high school or wish to increase their functioning level to enter college, training or the job market.

District Planning Committee meeting
April 18
Webster County School District Special Education and Federal Programs director will hold a District Planning Committee meeting on April 18 at the Webster County Central Office Building from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Special Education Department. The public is invited.

Eupora High School Class of 1964 will have its 60th annual get-together for lunch at Mitchell’s at 11 a.m. May 10.
Classmates/spouses are invited to join the group to reminisce of days at EHS.

Webster County Public Library in Eupora is open four days each week to take care of many of your needs, such as sending and receiving faxes, copying, computer use, as well checking out the latest books for your reading pleasure. Storytime for PreK children is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Anita Russell
Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and noon- 6 p.m. Thursday.
