The next Cross of Christ morning devotion service will be held March 4.
The devotion is from 7:15-7:30 a.m. at the Cross of Christ site.
L&A testing of voting equipment
March 5, 6
The Webster County Circuit Clerks’ Office will conduct Logic and Accuracy testing of voting equipment on March 5 and 6. This is in preparation for the March 12 presidential and congressional primary elections.
The testing will begin at 10 a.m. each day in the main courtroom and is open to the public. The primaries are March 12.
In-person absentee voting
Through March 9
In-person absentee voting for the March 12 presidential and congressional primaries is available for those eligible at the Circuit Clerk’s Office in Walthall.
In addition to weekday hours, the office be open for absentee voting from 8 a.m.-noon both Saturdays before the primaries, March 2 and 9.
Funny Bunny Fun Day
March 9
Funny Bunny Fun Day at the Eupora Police Department (150 N. Dunn St.) will be from 2-5 p.m. March 9.
This event is free to all and will feature games, prizes, popcorn, hotdogs, drinks and snow cones.

Community Easter Egg Hunt
March 30
The Community Easter Egg Hunt will be at 10 a.m. March 30 at Gary Park (if raining, Civic Center).
This is a free event with an egg hunt, face painting, Easter Bunny and jumpers. It is sponsored by the Eupora New Century Club and Eupora Juniorettes.
March for Jesus
March 30
Highways and Hedge Worship Center will sponsor a March for Jesus on March 30. The march will begin at 10 a.m. starting at the Eupora Depot. The church invites everyone to participate.

EHS Class of 1964 get-together
May 10
Eupora High School Class of 1964 will have its 60th annual get-together for lunch at Mitchell’s at 11 a.m. May 10.
Classmates/spouses are invited to join the group to reminisce of days at EHS.

Library hours
Webster County Public Library in Eupora is open four days each week to take care of many of your needs, such as sending and receiving faxes, copying, computer use, as well checking out the latest books for your reading pleasure. Storytime for pre-K children is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Anita Russell
Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and noon- 6 p.m. Thursday.

The Maben Public Library’s regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.

The Alter(Ed) Testimony group meets the first and third Fridays of each month at Victory Baptist Church in Mathiston for dinner, worship and testimony shared by speakers.
