Details are still forthcoming as to what led to a Saturday shooting that left one Louisville juvenile in critical condition.
Diovion Crosby, 20, has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the Saturday shooting.
Louisville Police Investigator Derek Wyatt said officers were called to the intersection of Main Street and Hight Street for a shots fired call.
He said when they arrived, they found the 15-year-old victim who had been shot in the head.
Wyatt said through investigations they were led to Crosby, and it is unknown as to why the shooting happened.
According to a WTVA report, Chief Sean Holdiness told the television station that the unidentified teen was airlifted to an unknown hospital in Jackson where he remains in critical condition.
He said the victim is still in critical condition at this time. Crosby went before Judge Taylor Tucker on an initial appearance, where he was given a $500,000 bond. His preliminary hearing date is unknown at this time.
This is still under investigation by the Louisville Police Department, more information will be released when it is given.
