It is time for us to honor Pastor Murphy and First Lady Dorthy Murphy for 27 years of pastoral service. We will honor them on the second Sunday in March, which will be March 10, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The celebration will be held at the Choctaw County Community Center in Ackerman, MS. The address is 895 College Street.
The speaker for the occasion will be State Overseer Timothy Bourne. He is the pastor of Beulah Grove Full Gospel Baptist Church in Artesia, MS. The theme for the anniversary program is “A Good Watchman”. The theme verse is “28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” Acts 20:28.
The colors for the anniversary are white and black.
