It was standing room only at the Ackerman Town Hall, on Wednesday, May 18, as friends, family and co-workers gathered to honor Public Works Director, Perry Lee, on the occasion of his retirement. Mayor Dale Reid presented Lee with a plaque commemorating his 22 years of service to the Town, and thanked him on behalf of Ackerman. The Town also presented Lee, an avid hunter, with a new hunting rifle which will be put to good use.
