Even if it takes longer, you can do it
Hey y'all. I am still here in our wonderful local hospital. You know of course that though these regional hospitals cannot do everything they do some things so well.as my body improves in swing bed, and I am grateful through gritting teeth. I am amazed at the skill each team displays. You know we are indeed blest!
I also got to thinking the other night about helplessness. Not a happy topic but maybe something I have rediscovered. I haven't been ill or wounded for several Years so this little injury has brought thoughts forward. Helplessness is no joke, maybe you suffer from it each day? We need each other, we need to help one another.
There can come with it a kind of hopelessness and that too is no fun! Thinking we alone or forgotten. Well, here we surely are not!
What changes how people heal I suspect has a little to do with the mind. Yes, I can, even if it takes longer. Yes, you can! There are those invisible mental barriers that try to keep us whimps! Hahaha! No way! Even if it takes longer than we'd like, we try. No matter how old we are, we try. And you know, things get better!
Maybe you welcomed the new lunar year of the rabbit or were glued to TVs for football playoffs!? No matter there is excitement everywhere!
