The weather may be too cold for a while, but we now have a freshly painted table and chairs for people to sit and use the free Wi-Fi at the Maben Public Library.
This is all thanks to Dottie and Spencer Dewberry. Dottie provided the paint and Spencer did the labor.
Come by when the weather is pretty and sit a spell or come inside when it's a little chilly.
The library has lots to offer: the latest novels, lots of new children's books, computer use, copies, both black and white and color, faxes, DVDs and books on CD. Our hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.
We also have Storytime on Fridays at 10 a.m.. This is geared toward 3- to 6-year-olds but all ages are welcome and I try to make it fun for all!
