When the Columbus Lions Club heard a fellow Lion child’s house burned down, members immediately contacted her.
"I received a call and they were saying, where can I meet you, we have some household items for your daughter?," Rose Coffey Graham, president of Maben's Lion Club, said with a smile.
These items were for Tina Graham, who lost everything in a house fire on Nov. 30. Lion Andy Kalinowski said the club received a grant through Lions Club International Foundation. It also assisted tornado victims in Lowndes County. Tina said she really appreciated what the Columbus Lions Club did for her. Donations are still be accepted.
