All county and municipal meetings have been moved because of the July 4 holiday, either in anticipation of the July 4 holiday or because the holiday falls on a Tuesday this year.
The Choctaw County Board of Supervisors meeting will be held on July 5 if Governor Tate Reeves closes state offices on July 3.
If not, the meeting will be held at their regular time on Monday morning.
The Town of Ackerman and the Town of French Camp meetings have been moved to Wednesday, July 5.
Ackerman will meet at its normal time at 5:30 p.m. and French Camp will meet at 6 p.m.
At 5:30 p.m., before the Town of French Camp meeting at 6 p.m. There will be a public hearing for a property to be used for conditional use at the town’s town hall, next to the fire station.
