The Controllers Generation 3 4-H Club celebrated Brain Health Awareness Month.
The speaker was volunteer leader Akeah Graham. The theme was “Brain Health, Keep it Top of Mind.”
Not only did she tell the audience about her brain surgery experience, but she also provided information on keeping your brain healthy physically, emotionally and mentally.
Kindness is Contagious Care Packages snack packs were given to all attendees.
