CLOSING OF DEAN PARK
The Dean Park Commissioners upon approval of the Winston County Board of Supervisors will be closing the park for the months of January and February 2022. The park will close on December 31, 2021 and reopen in March 2022. During this period, the public will not have access to the park or any of its facilities. However, in case of a severe weather event, the residents in the area will be given access to the storm shelter in the park.

Introducing Children’s Etiquette Workshop at the Winston County Library
Part 1: Saturday, January 22, 2022, from 10-11:30am
Part 2: Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 10-11:30am
Audience: 12-16 year olds
During this workshop, children will gain a better understanding of what is expected in social and professional gatherings, while participating in engaging lessons and interactive activities.

• Cell phone do’s & dont’s
• Dining and table manners
This workshop is geared towards improving their attitude and building self-confidence
—and they’ll have FUN doing it!
