The Mount Olive District Association /Congress/Women Auxiliary will hold its First Annual Combined Conference on June 12-16, 2022 at the MOBH District Building. The Congress will open on Sunday at 4:30pm.

Indian Springs Assembly of God
Indian Springs Assembly of God will have Homecoming and Memorial Service on Sunday June 12. The service will begin at
10 a.m. with dinner in the Fellowship Hall at noon. The morning speaker will be Reverend Scott Davis of Laurel, MS. Jerry Drury of Philadelphia, MS will be the featured singer.

Newton County Farmer's Market
There will be a Newton County Farmer's Market every first Friday and third Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 p.m., beginning Sat Jun 18, 2022 at ESCO Park in Newton. We are currently taking vendor applications at the Newton County Extension office, 65 7th Street, Decatur, MS 39327.
Mt Zion Presbyterian Church
Mt Zion Presbyterian Church in the Panhandle Community of Choctaw County will hold our annual Homecoming Service on June 12 at 11:00 AM. .
Car Show
Choctaw Cruisers Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show June 4, 2022 at Choctaw Regional Medical Center parking lot.
The show will host Antiques, classic vehicles, sports vehicles, cycles and much more. There is $25 entry fee.
Free T-shirts for the first 50 registered owners. The door prizes include 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies in 26 car and truck classes plus four motorcycle classes.
Food and other vendors will be available. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.

Annual Memorial Service
Welcome Chapel Jesus Name Church will be having Annual Memorial Service on Sunday, June 12th at 10:00 a.m. We invite all family and friends to join us in a day of remembrance for our loved ones that have been laid to rest at Welcome Chapel Cemetery.
Service begins at 10:A.M with a meal afterwards. Everyone, bring a covered dish and enjoy fellowship.

Free three day scholarship workshop.

Throughout these sessions persons will learn about the scholarship application process, research scholarships, receive assistance with your application and writing essays.
Requirements: You must be a high school senior this fall. Bring a laptop for all sessions. Cellphones are no substitute at Winston County Library, Louisville.
