OES cheese sales
Eupora Chapter No. 261 is now taking orders for its annual cheese sales for Christmas.
This will be its final order till after Christmas of 2021. The chapter will be selling the 1-pound block of Extra Sharp, Sharp, Mild and Pepper Jack, all made by Wisconsin’s Finest.
The price will be $7 for a pound block, but if you buy two 1-pound blocks, your cost will be $12 (a savings of $2)

Christmas
Photo Trail
Eupora Main Street Association and local merchants are presenting the Christmas Photo Trail.
Picture options with Christmas decorations will be provided throughout town and in businesses. Maps are available to mark the photo spots. Take your family and your children to snap pictures all over town with Christmas decorations.
The event is underway through Dec. 31. Share your pictures on Facebook or Instagram to celebrate your trip on the Christmas Photo Trail.
In addition to the trail, a reindeer hunt is being offered by local merchants. A reindeer will be hidden throughout the stores all December. Once found, the business will offer special deals or discounts.
Maben Public
Library hours
The Maben Public Library’s regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.
AA meetings
AA meetings are being held each Monday and Friday at 221 Wood Circle on the former Wood College campus in Mathiston at 7 p.m. Call Tommy at 662-552-0966 for more info or questions.
Public meetings
The next regular meeting of the Webster County School Board is at 6 p.m. Jan. 18 in the boardroom at the Central Office in Eupora.
The Webster County Board of Supervisors meets at 8:30 a.m. every first Monday, third Monday and last working day of the month at the courthouse in Walthall.
The Eupora Board of Aldermen meets at 6 p.m. every first Monday at Eupora City Hall.
The Maben Board of Aldermen meets at 5:30 p.m. every first Tuesday at Maben Town Hall.
The Mantee Board of Aldermen meets at 6 p.m. every first Monday at Mantee Village Hall.
The Mathiston Board of Aldermen meets at 6 p.m. every first Monday at Mathiston Town Hall.
The Walthall Board of Aldermen meets at 6:30 p.m. every first Monday at Walthall Village Hall.
