First United Methodist Church and Eupora New Century Club will sponsor a Community Easter Egg Hunt on April 16.
Activities start at 10 a.m. at Gary Park.

The Easter bunny will be at Mathiston Fire Department from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 16.
Bring your cameras and cell phones for pictures with the Easter bunny.
All donations to the fire department equipment fund will be accepted.
Edgeworth Baptist
Church revival
Edgeworth Baptist Church in Webster County will be celebrating Passion Week with a revival from April 14-16 at 7 p.m. daily.
Evangelist Brian Lindner will provide the service and Pastor Hermon Trulove will provide the music. Saturday night the worship group ANAZDO will be there. For more information, contact Trulove at 662-722-0406.
EHS Merit Banquet
Eupora High School will hold its Senior Merit Banquet at 6:30 p.m. April 19 at Mitchell's Central Service Grill in Eupora.
Twelfth-grade Merit students and Merit Graduates may buy tickets for themselves and up to four guests for $20 each from the EHS office (if available).

dist memorial
The annual memorial at Providence Methodist Church will be April 24. The church is located north of Maben on Highway 15.
Those attending may come and go, and visit at their own discretion. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. with David Gordon in charge.
District Planning
Committee meeting
Webster County School District Special Education and Federal Programs directors will hold a District Planning Committee meeting on April 26 at the Webster County Central Office Building from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Special Education Department. The public is invited.

Gospel singing
in Sturgis
A gospel singing is set for 10 a.m. April 30 at the Diane Jackson Memorial Park in Sturgis.
Beginning at 10 a.m., there will Celtic and bluegrass singing, children’s games plus lunch. At 2 p.m., there will be a gospel singing using the Songs of Faith books and others. Bring your lawn chairs.
Family reunion
The annual Williams, Bailey, Golden Family Reunion will be held in the fellowship hall at Montevista Baptist Church on April 30 beginning at 10 a.m.

Woman to Woman
Conference May 7
Eupora Main Street Association will host a Woman to Woman Conference from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. May 7 at the Eupora Civic Center.
Join us for a morning of fun and celebration of healthy, strong and empowered women. Enjoy a keynote address from Eupora native and best-selling author Dale Smith Thomas. Breakout speakers will be Kitty Dumas, Mandy Gladney Conrad and Traci Rico Holloway. The conference will feature shopping, health screenings, door prizes, refreshments and more.

Mathiston Mulberry
Festival May 14
This year's Mathiston Mulberry Festival will be May 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendors, sponsors and talent applications accepted until April 29.

Library hours
The Maben Public Library’s regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.
AA meetings
