Choctaw County won two archery dual meets last week and finished seventh at Winston Academy Patriot Classic Invitational Saturday. The victories came in matches against Kosciusko and Louisville.
Bella Juarez was Choctaw County's top archer against Kosciusko with a score of 259, followed by Gavin Arnault with 257 and Justin Fulgham 251.
A perfect score is 300.
Against Louisville, Hanna Clare Huffman had the team's top score with 259. Arnualt had 252, Landen Bell 246 and Fulgham 245.
Arnault shot 263 at the the Winston Academy meet, Fulgham 251 and Adam McDaniel 244. Columbia Academy was the team winner.
Choctaw County will compete at Leake Academy Saturday. The North State meet is scheduled for March 30 and April 1 at Louisville.
