Eupora New Century Club will present a Cancer Survivors Brunch on Jan. 25 to honor all cancer survivors and caregivers.
The brunch will be at 10:30 a.m. at Eupora FBC fellowship hall. The supportive and uplifting event aims to foster community and share stories of hope. Come connect with others and enjoy a wonderful meal together.

Library hours
Webster County Public Library in Eupora is open four days each week to take care of many of your needs, such as sending and receiving faxes, copying, computer use, as well checking out the latest books for your reading pleasure.
Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and noon- 6 p.m. Thursday. Storytime for PreK children is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Anita Russell.

Library hours
The Maben Public Library’s regular hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and noon-4:30 p.m.

AA meetings are held Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at 50 N. Holman St., Eupora (house directly beside the Methodist Church building).

Alter(Ed) Testimony
1st, 3rd Fridays
The Alter(Ed) Testimony group meets the first and third Fridays of each month at Victory Baptist Church in Mathiston for dinner, worship and testimony shared by speakers. The Webster County Board of Supervisors meets at 8:30 a.m. every first Monday, third Monday and last working day of the month at the Courthouse in Walthall.
The Maben Board of Aldermen meets at 5:30 p.m. every first Monday at Maben Town Hall.
The Eupora Board of Aldermen meets at 6 p.m. every first and third Monday at Eupora City Hall.
The Mathiston Board of Aldermen meets at 6 p.m. every first Monday at Mathiston Town Hall.
The Walthall Board of Aldermen meets at 6:30 p.m. every first Monday at Walthall Village Hall.
The Mantee Board of Aldermen meets at 7 p.m. every first Monday at Mantee Village Hall.
The Eupora Historic Preservation Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
