Legion State Park will have its first "Legion's Canned Goods Food Drive". This will take place from Nov 1 to Nov 20. Please drop your donation off at the gatehouse from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. All goods received will be donated to the Baptist Association here in Louisville. Center Hill Farmers Market November 23
Center Hill Farmers Market will be open Saturday, November 23 from 9-1 pm to provide produce just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Available will be mustards, turnips and collard greens, rutabagas, onion, herbs, green tomatoes and assorted peppers. Also, there will be canned goods/value added products which will include jellies, jams, pickles, apple sauces, vegetable soups and Bobby Patenís Sweet Potato Pies. A lucky customer will win a complete Thanksgiving basket which will include everything for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, turkey included. Every Tuesday, the City of Louisville Parks and Rec Department will host a game night for Seniors in the community and others from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. in the Louisville Coliseum Party Room, 245 Ivy Avenue. There will be dominoes, card games, board games, entertainment, and social time.

The City of Louisville will meet at city hall every first and third Tuesday of the month. The Town of Noxapater will meet every first Tuesday of the month. The Winston County Board of Supervisors will meet at the Winston County Courthouse every first Monday of the month. The Louisville Municipal School District meets every second Tuesday of the month. The Winston County Youth and College Chapter NAACP meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at 6 p.m. at Triumphant Word Center, 18289 E. John C. Stennis Drive (Highway 397).
