Mark your calendars for an evening under the stars this Friday, May 16, as the Noxapater Community Chamber Alliance (NCCA) invites residents to a Free Movie Night in the alley on Main Street. The family-friendly event begins at 7 p.m., when the animated hit Sing will light up an outdoor screen specially erected between the historic brick façades of downtown.
Bring Your Own Seating
Attendees are encouraged to come early with lawn chairs or blankets to secure a comfortable spot. “We want everyone—kids, parents, grandparents—to relax and enjoy a fun, free night out in the heart of our community,” said Chamber Director Chasity Wells. “It’s our way of saying thank you to Noxapater residents for supporting local businesses and initiatives all year long.”
Snacks and Refreshments On Sale
While admission is free, popcorn, candy, and drinks will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the NCCA’s ongoing efforts to promote small-business growth and fund community events throughout the year.
A Safe, Family-Friendly Outing
Local law enforcement and chamber volunteers will be on hand to direct traffic, ensure safety, and help with setup.
