2019 MHP Memorial Day Travel Enforcement Period to begin

The Mississippi Highway Patrol will begin the 2019 Memorial Day Travel Enforcement Period on Friday, May 24, at 12:01 a.m., and conclude Monday, May 27 at midnight. Free summer meals for children USDA program renewed at LMSD

Summer is here and it is time to make sure kids eat healthy while school is out.

The Louisville Municipal School District has partnered with the USDA to provide freee meals to children during the summer.

It is summer tradition for the district to partner with USDA to feed children in need each summer.


From Head Start to High School, these scholars are on the move

On May 3, 2019, four seniors decided to participate in the yearly May Day festivities where they also began as children, Winston County Head Start!! Winston County Head Start is located in the heart of Louisville, MS where they have 48 Early Head Start children and 188 Regular Head Start children.
