Services for Carrie B. Grammer, 83, of Ackerman were Oct. 17, 2022, at Ackerman Church of God with the Rev. Kelvin Copeland officiating. Burial followed at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman.
She was born March 4, 1939, in Mississippi to the late Edgar and Velma Counts Beach. Mrs. Grammer was a retired nursing assistant and member of the Ackerman Church of God. She died Oct. 15, 2022, at the Choctaw County Nursing Center in Ackerman.
Survivors include a daughter, Marie Avent of Eupora; three sons, Gerry Grammer and Ricky Grammer of Ackerman, and Jason Grammer of McDonough, Ga.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Ackerman Church of God Building Fund.
Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman was in charge of arrangements.
