TUPELO, MS: The Natchez Trace Parkway is implementing a ban on campfires due to the current drought and high fire danger. All campfires are banned on Parkway property, including the developed campgrounds at Rocky Springs, Jeff Busby, and Meriwether Lewis, and at the designated bicycle campgrounds on the Natchez Trace Parkway.
The East Central Lady Warriors defeated Southwest 4-0 Tuesday, Oct. 1, in a non-division soccer match in Summit to complete a season road sweep over the Lady Bears.
