Students celebrate Arbor Day at the Red Hills Mine

On Wednesday, April 3rd, the Choctaw County Soil & Water Conversation District and the Red Hills Mine held the annual Arbor Day celebration.  One hundred thirteen 4th Grade students from Ackerman, French Camp and Weir schools participated in this celebration.

On March 31 Lee Wylie preached an Easter message about Jesus Christ at the Winston/Choctaw Correctional Facility. He was accompanied by 8 people from Oxford, 3 from Tupelo, and one from Winston County.
