STARKVILLE — Nov. 11 was a busy day for shoppers at Walmart, with many shoppers shopping for picnic and party supplies, and other items.
But, this did not stop one veteran of the military stateside from helping other shoppers on Veterans Day.
Jimmy Dale Robinson of the Maben area finished his shopping and noticed no shopping carts in the entrance at Starkville Walmart, and decided to bring his back, in addition to about a dozen more.
Robinson did not stop then, but kept going out and bringing more carts for an hour or so
This way of helping others is nothing new to him because, every Saturday Longview Opry is open, for years he was faithful to drive a friend there who had stopped driving, and then will still remain there until the close of the opry to be sure any ladies who are alone make it to their cars.
